Description: This Blue-Point 12" adjustable wrench is in AS IS condition. It is very tight to adjust. I tried to oil it and wire brush any corrosion off, but it is still incredibly difficult to adjust. I had to hit the jaw with a hammer as I tried to close the wrench to get it where it is.
