Description: These Neon Street Rollers were a gag-gift for my son, who's in his 40s and has a bad knee, so needless to say he tried them on, walked around the living room, and put them away. The only drawback is that he misplaced some of the internal packaging so these Neon Street Rollers are new in original box with manual and Allen-wrenches but without all the cardboard packaging that goes inside the box. So they go up for sale. We learned that they will fit the heel of an adult man with a shoe size of 8 /12 - 9 1/2 shoe sizes. Naturally they will adjust from much smaller kids sizes as they were intended for kids. Everything on these wheels works perfectly including the lights in the wheels.....I recycle packing supplies to cut down costs to the buyer and because it's the responsible thing to do.....
