It is blond in color and I believe it is from the 1930', 40' or 50's based on the other items that came with it from the sale (documents & photos) The hair is in an envelope as seen in photos with the name "Billy" on it. I assume that was the persons name the hair came from. Only a guess. Sold as a collectors item only. Note: Flat rate shipping within the USA only (includes tracking).
