The margins are offset ever so slightly, but are still visibleThere is an extended bow to the stamp as well, but not too, too bad. There are 'NO' hinge marks present at this time.The overall quality and design aesthetic is outstanding. A rare find, indeed This is also a block of 6 stamps with 'NO' block number present. The colors are bold, the picture is clear and the typography is excellent.A must have for any collector. **Historical Significance** The postal service issued these stamps in 1966 to commemorate the 125th anniversary of Paddle Steamers.They were also issued to commemorate William Wheelwright, who played an essential role in the development of steamboats.
