I would grade it a 2.0 Good it has awesome color and gloss for a 73 year old comic. It has some mild surface wear and some mild spine tears. Also it has edge tears and Marvel chipping around the edges of both front and back cover and various other flaws allowable in 2.0 shape and all flaws should be visible in pics..... The comic is firmly attached at both staples and presents well in a bag and board SEE ALL PICS. It is affordable and might be a GREAT buy..... I will gladly combine shipping.
