These are continually made up fresh- not old and dried up, like you'll find in a store or mass produced and dry to touch - not sticky or goopy. My own design with internal support makes it last on the tree till the end. The hanger is built in and easy to twist tie. Each is about two pounds solid weight, and @ 9 x 9 inches. Available in: * Millet and Sunflower mix - White millet, black oil and striped sunflower, cracked corn, sunflower chips, safflower seed. Attracts Cardinals, Titmice, Juncos, Grosbeaks, Sparrows, Chickadees, Finches, Nuthatches, Siskins, Woodpeckers as well as other seed eating birds. * Black oil sunflower seed mix (Shown with Steller's Jay) Black oil and striped sunflower seed, Safflower seed, peanuts, dried cherries, dried raisins, dried cranberries. Will attract Chickadees, Nuthatches, Cardinals, Finches, Jays, Titmice, Grosbeaks as well as other seed eaters. * Shelled Sunflower and nuts (no waste) Sunflower hearts, peanuts, Pistachios, hulled pumpkin seed dried cranberries. Will attract Songbirds, Nuthatches, Cardinals, Grosbeaks, Finches, Jays, Woodpeckers as well as other seed loving birds. * Safflower seed - (Squirrels do not typically like this seed) - Black-capped chickadees, Black-headed grosbeaks, Blue jays, Carolina chickadees, Downy woodpecker, Evening grosbeaks, House finches, Mourning doves, Northern cardinal, Purple finches, Red-bellied woodpeckers, Rose-breasted grosbeaks, Tufted titmice, White-breasted nuthatches Fruits & berries used are organic! The mix is bound with plain food gelatin, sun dried and hand pressed into a mold. The birds love to pull out the ribbons and use them for nesting material in the Spring.
