Description: NEW Blow Performance Chrome 2-2 exhaust with Heat shields for Big Dog Motorcycles LEFT SIDE DRIVE MODELS. This is a complete custom look 2 into 2 SHORTIE Pointed Exhaust System, no mounting bracket required as these short exhaust simply just bolt together. These come fully assembled with heat shields already mounted. This kit is a great custom look exhaust for Big Dog Motorcycles 2004 & Earlier with Left Side Drive ONLY!!!This exhaust will bolt right on and together, NO mounting bracket required. Included is an adjustable transmission mount only required for rubber mounted engines.Beautiful showroom chrome finish with 3 stepped headers for performance & heat shields. These exhaust are also internally coated to help reduce heat & prevent bluing of the chrome. The holes in the front heat shield were added as it was found to help decrease the chrome from turning blue. No baffles included.You can maintain your stock air cleaner with these pipes, which is a huge benefit cost & performance wise. INSTALLER MUST WATCH the 10-minute installation YouTube video prior to installation.2. AIR CLEANER check your air cleaner is not too large and interfere with the exhaust installation e.g., some stock 107 Milwaukee Eight and Touring Models.3. DO NOT TIGHTEN the Exhaust System unless the pipes are in line as per the video demonstration. Do not put inward or outward pressure on the support bracket when tightening the flange nuts.4. DO NOT IDLE OR REV ENGINE for long periods of time while motorcycle is stationary or in an unventilated area.5. RE-TIGHTEN ALL NUTS & BOLTS after installation test ride, again after second ride, then check periodically when servicing.6. AFTER MARKET TUNERS not required however always good to install for more precise tuning.7. TUNE ENGINE AFTER INSTALLATION Within 8 weeks, no two engines are the same, so we do not provide map settings. For optimum performance Dyno tune by a professional Dyno Tuner & use a performance air cleaner not one totally encased.
