Several artist illustrations are sprinkled throughout the 96-page book. The book, which measures approx. 9" x 12", is in about Good to Very Good condition. The cover and all pages, which are cream-colored with slightly tanning edges, are firmly attached. The front and back covers have wear and rounding at all corners; the front cover has chipping at the top and bottom left-hand corners, there are creases in various areas - the biggest approx. 4 1/4" that extends from above "Round" into "Songs", the top right-hand corner has an approx. 1" crease, there is some color loss in "Up", the spine has a reader's crease and wear/staining, there is color loss at the bottom edge, the bottom right-hand corner has creasing - one is approx. 3" and the innermost one 1"; the back cover has creasing at the top left-hand corner - the outermost one is approx. 3 1/2", there is paper loss at the top right-hand edge and left-hand edge, the bottom left-and right-hand corners, and bottom edge have some staining; the last 10 pages have creased upper corners - each approx. 3/4".
