We ended up going with another color so I have an extra mailbox thus the reason for selling it. It is like new. We installed it and then took it down. The #'s have been removed. You will just need to order the mailbox #'s which you can do from better box. The mailbox has been assembled. Installation paperwork is included. You have a choice of either a red flag or a slide alert option for mail pick up. We installed the flag but can easily switch to the slide. Paper shoot box portion was not installed but is also part of the mailbox. This is local pick up only. Willing to accept offers that are reasonable. Already started listing $50.00 below retail.
