Dress is marked size Petite P P, which is XXS -- It is hard to measure because it is cut in the bias, but I just tried it and it fits tight in the chest and fine otherwise: I am 32A/24/34 -- So I would say it will fit up to 31 in the bust, but no more, and it would be great for smaller bust sizes too, since it is cut in the bias; there is more flexibility on the waist and hips because of the bias cut. It is cut in the bias so it does follow the curves of the body; it hangs really well. Length from under arm is 35; the fish tail is a little longer at the back, and it is shorter at the front.
