This stamp may very well be one of only two in existence. The catalogue number of this stamp is 56ay and it was this stamp that generated that catalogue number when it was first discovered by me in 2002. At that time I contacted Stanley Gibbons about it and still have a copy of the email. There is an example of this stamp that is mint with a spot of disturbed gum that sold in 2009 for £2,800 but so far this is the only known example of a fine used stamp. This stamp has a Hamilton cds and under high powered magnification is showing a small central surface abrasion. The stamp comes with a BPA Certificate showing it is genuine and is number 87,749. The stamp came from a school boys collection just waiting to be discovered. So what is a unique stamp worth, possibly the only one in the world. I leave that for you to decide but clearly it would be the jewel in any collection. . Postage would have to be by secure means and the cost of this bourne by the customer.
