The ruffled collar neckline and hem need to be steamed, I used double stick fabric tape in the dress form photos to keep the collar down. The tape has been removed with no residue. Size 10. Measured flat- 17.5” across the underarms. Waist 14.5”. Hips 18”. 37” long from the shoulder. Shown on a size 4. Bust 34”. Waist 25”. Hips 35.5”. Good pre- owned condition with light signs of being in storage- there are two small areas of wear on the collar and some marble like discoloration on the ruffled hem- please check all photos, it may come out with dry cleaning.
