Description: This is a 1968 OR VERY EARLY 1969 APPLE RECORD U.S. LP SCRANTON PRESSING of the 1968 double album titled 'The Beatles' AKA 'The White Album' from The Beatles. It is Apple Records U.S. catalog number SWBO-101, embossed wide spine cover, serial number A1648649. Records come packaged inside the cover in nice clear plastic inner sleeves supplied by a previous owner, the original paper inner sleeves were also included when I obtained this LP but I felt they were too damaged to include here. Poster and individual photos are not included. Lead character of "A" without any blank space. The "A" is printed in the same font as the number. Typically found on covers numbered from about 1,390,000 to about 2,250,000 and with records pressed in Scranton. These copies were available for purchase no later than January, 1969. Matrix information:Side 1 - SWBO 1-101-J4611 #2Side 2 - SWB-2-101 J14511Side 3 - SWBO 3-101-J41 #4Side 4 - SWBO 4-101-J44 Label errors can be seen in my accompanying label images and are as follows: 1) Bungalow Bill instead of The Continuing Story Of Bungalow Bill 2) Obladi Oblada instead of Ob-La-Di-Ob-La-Da 3) Rocky Racoon missing the second “c” in Raccoon 4) Goodnight instead of Good Night 5) Revolution No 1 instead of Revolution 1 6) Revolution No 9 instead of Revolution 97) Why Don’t We Do It In The Road without the question mark (?) Please see my accompanying inside gatefold image for the track listing. I won't sugar coat the condition of this LP - Gatefold cover is in poor condition with water damage and brown mildew staining along the bottom edge on the outside and all over the inside of the gatefold cover, there is a 7" split in the bottom edge of one gatefold and a 5" split in the bottom edge of the other gatefold, wear and the top layer of paper missing in areas along the top end bottom edges, and some ring and contact wear. Records are actually not too bad at about VG with a moderate to fair amount of surface marks which cannot be felt and one feelable surface scratch - Records actually play pretty nicely with some scattered crackly surface noise and a few ticks. Clear plastic inner sleeves have a few slight wrinkles, no splits or tears. I have priced this RARE 7 ERROR PRESSING modestly in view of its condition deficiencies - This copy would be a great economical way to fill a hard to fill hole in your Beatles LP collection! $4.13 SHIPPING via USPS Media Mail. Shipping to areas outside the U.S. via eBay international shipping. BUYER PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH - IT PROBABLY WILL NOT GET HERE! I will give an immediate refund (less shipping) upon return of the LP in the above stated condition if buyer is dissatisfied for any reason. =
