Description: This beautiful seashell jewelry box is a wonderful reminder of the beauty of the ocean! I started out with an adorable metal latched wooden box that I painted a shabby chic pale pink color. I then added a stunning cluster of white, cream, and pale pink seaside treasures on the lid: a white spindle shell, white ark, pearlized abalone, two pink sea urchins, a pink turbo, and a piece of white coral. Accenting the piece are some pretty white pearls and pearl umboniums. It is a gorgeous box to give as a gift, (lovely present for the wedding couple!) or to keep on a dresser as a focal point. The wooden box measures 5" high with the shells (box alone is 3 1/2 inches high), 6 3/4 inches long, and 5 1/4 inches wide. You can put just about anything small inside- jewelry, collectibles, letters, etc. A truly unique handmade treasure!
