The first page is the roughest condition with old tape and several tears. The following 3 pages all have a tear at the bottom edge (see pictures), and after that fourth page, there are no more tears. If fact the book itself is in decent shape after that 4th page. Includes the 1962 pin-up calendar, not pretty but a complete reading copy.
