Minor scratches are NOT considered a major flaw. 99% of slabs are in beautiful shape, but will not have severe gouges unless listed. If you desire a pristine brand new slab you can easily do that yourself. There are NO RETURNS on slabbed books for ANY reason. All books will be inspected before shipping, and are guaranteed to not have been tampered with or altered. Fictional claims trying to purport that this has happened will not be accepted.
