Barbra & Neil You Don't Bring Me Flowers 1978 3-10840 Mastering Lab Pressing VG+

Description: For sale is a 45 RPM vinyl single by Barbra Streisand and Neil Diamond titled "You Don't bring me Flowers b/w Instrumental Version", originally released in 1978 by Columbia Records. I bought this used, professionally cleaned it on my VPI HW-17 machine and immediately put it into an archival inner sleeve, then into a storage box for 45 RPM singles, that was kept under optimum conditions for both temperature and humidity until today. The original inner sleeve is graded as Near Mint. In the dead wax, between the labels and end of the tracks, is etched "TML-M/TML-M", followed by the matrix numbers 2-D/1-E, indicating that this record was mastered at The Mastering Lab of Hollywood, California before this record was made. These are hallmarks of state-of-the-art engineering, sought after by collectors and music lovers for their superior sound qualities. The inner sleeve is Near Mint. The vinyl is visually graded as Near Mint, with surfaces that are shiny and bright, in a like-new condition, without any sleeve marks, surface scratches or scuffs. I'm play grading this record between Very Good Plus and Excellent because of occasional super low levels of surface noise, most noticeable in the run-ins and fade-outs, but never over-powering the music or the vocals. It plays all the way through without any pops, skips or lock-ups from start to finish. You would be hard pressed to find a copy of this record in this condition, especially a Mastering Lab pressing.
