They are new and should be in mint condition as Bandai produced them. Each figure set comes in an opened outer protective case that is in very good condition (see photos). The Godzilla 2023 figures are in the 6" scale. All my inventory stock of art-vinyl-art is authorized and licensed by the various companies here in the U.S.A. and Japan.
