Some small ornamental trim issues noted: one small stirup and one handrail on the tender is missing, there might other minor issues as well not observed, but in general it looks great. Shows some minor signs of use and needs a cleaning and polishing. NO smoke fluid, but you can use WD-40 till you can get the real stuff. Description This is for a RARE Bachmann G Garden Railroad 4-6-0 NYC Steam Locomotive & Coal Tender. It is an impressive Locomotive & Tender Set in garden size railroads. It is the electrically powered version and came from the set break-up of a BIG HAULER TRAIN SET named: FAST MAIL NYC SET. It is lettered WILLIAM K. VANDERBILT - 948. It comes with an engineer figure for the locomotive cab and a factory sealed bottle of smoke fluid. We tested the motor, headlight and the speed-synchronized sound systems and they all still worked well. The tender has 4-Metal Wheel Trucks for more reliability & better operation, And a knuckle coupler for more realism. DETAILS: The box is not included. It does run well with complete valve gear; and if there is ever a problem, the train is covered by the Bachmann's Lifetime Warranty, so just send it back to them for repair if necessary. The motor, headlight and sound of steam work. It also has smoke, but I have not tested that feature because the smoke fluid is still in a sealed factory baggie, and I do not want to open it. The locomotive looks in almost excellent condition, but maybe missing some minor pieces of ornamental trim. Study the pics and ask questions Sold as is. So Study the pics Carefully. NO RETURNS.
