Has an Orange Inside Liner and an "Orange Pulled Pattern" on the outside. The Handle comes from the splitting of the glass at the top, pulled down and then attached at the middle to form the Handle. The other side of the split was formed to make the Spout. A bright and beautiful vase from Russia. It is inspected and in excellent condition.
