Description: This classic 1955 chevy 3800 flatbed truck body is perfect for any enthusiast looking to customize their axial SCX24. It is so far only compatible with the SCX24 C10 frame but hopefully will soon be adapted for other models. For added strength and durability this item is 3D printed out of PETG infused with carbon fibers. Unlike other hard bodies, this one is not painted and is the same colors all the way through. This is great because it can get rolled over on the rocks and take a beating but it won't show! Designed in CAD with great attention to detail, this body, as you hopefully will find, is accurately modeled after the original. Key features: 1. It is not painted and is the same color all the way through so when rolled or scratched it doesn't show it like other painted hard bodies. 9. Only 94grams (3.3ounces) Lighter than similar OEM Axial hard bodies! 10. Fully assembled and shipped with all necessary hardware for mounting. 11. Magnetic body mount included. 12. Compatible with 5mm LED lights. The red tail lights will just pop out and then you can insert 5mm LEDs. There are already holes behind the head light lenses for inserting LEDs. LEDs NOT INCLUDED. Assembly: 1. Remove the old body by unscrewing the hex head screws circled in red in second to last picture (one on either side). 2. Remove the old front bumper and both body mounting towers by removing the hex head screws (two on either side) circled in red in the last picture. 3. Use the two biggest screws included in kit to install the new magnetic body mount by screwing them into the ESC/receiver mount where the old body mounting towers were inserted (see the last picture). 4. Use the two smallest screws included in kit to mount the new body where old body originally mounted.
