It has some wear and tear on it, but I'm not sure if that's from moving it around or actual use. The person I bought this from was a groomer. This is a little nicer than the other units I'm seeing on Ebay and has metal parts leading to the float. It feels well made and should get the job done. You'll just need a little mechanical know how or the ability to watch a Youtube video to install it.
