Description: An authentic reproduction of the 1947 Kansas City Blues uniform, this Ebbets Field Flannel ballcap features hand-sewn, American-made construction. In very good used condition, genuine wool broadcloth is clean and unmarked. Green satin under visor does show minor staining (pictured), but is otherwise in great shape. Embroidered KC logo in white thread is bright and unblemished. Completely smoke-free. The Yankees affiliate team, the KC Blues won the American Association pennant in 1947 and would add a young Mickey Mantle to its roster in 1951.
