Description: Ptah Sokar Osiris fragment. These late period statuettes are a combination of three funerary deities. When it was new it would’ve had a crown of horns and ostrich feathers, and would’ve stood on a box containing spells from the book of the dead. These were commonly placed in tombs as cult objects to protect the body. Ex Archeologia France, Ex Galerie S.B.K, Ex Galerie Saarbrucken, Germany.
