Description: Used with issue, August Smart Lock Pro with Connect Wi-Fi Bridge - Silver (3rd gen) This unit was purchased new. It worked flawlessly for years, but has recently been getting stuck 50% of the time (not fully disengaging or engaging the lock when opening or closing.) I put in new batteries and recalibrated but the issue persisted. I’m not sure what causes the “sticking.” I have since purchased a new lock. I listed this item as parts only, but it does attempt to turn when receiving commands. It feels like it catches midway through the turn though.
