For this reason, I request that you read the terms set out below… if we understand and respect each other, we are certain to have a happy and memorable experience together! By placing a bid, bidder acknowledges agreement to all terms described below. Description and condition 1. I do not claim to be an expert in any area. I always exercise due diligence in researching every item, and never claim an item to be of a particular brand or origin unless I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that it is so. If I suggest that an item looks like, or may be, of a particular origin or brand, I make it abundantly clear that I am not asserting that it is definitely of that origin or brand, but rather that, based on information and belief, I have reason for thinking it might be. 2. I ask bidders to read the item description carefully, and to look closely at all photos, to determine the age, condition, and value of the item. In return, I promise to both make mention in the listing, and include photographs, of any and all cracks, chips, repairs, wear due to age, and any other condition issues I find. a. Please keep in mind that while I try very hard to take and post photos that accurately represent the item’s color and shading, I am far from a professional photographer, and the variations between my computer monitor and yours may result in the item appearing slightly different from what you expect. b. My goals include representing the size of the item as precisely as possible, but all measurements mentioned in the listing must be understood to be approximate. 3.
