Description: Athearn #1050-2 40' Bangor & Aroostook #4499 "Roman Print" Tuscan Red. This is a built-up of a 1/87 scale model kit. It is of an Athearn "Blue Box" product #1050-2. It has horn hook couplers, plastic truck frames and wheel sets plus the usual, cast-on overly thick grab irons, ladders and running board. Apparently, this is a "pre 1950" livery; is in Tuscan Red and has not been weathered. I rate condition as "c-7 excellent" as it's a clean build and nothing is broken or missing.
