Description: Bought from a seller on eBay with a cpu and ram. Found that the top PCIE 16 slot isn’t working. No visible damage, and problems getting the system to boot consistently. Think it’s the motherboard but unsure. For all I know this could just need a BIOS update. But I can’t figure out how to do it on the ASUS motherboard.
