The Flyer front side has an approx. 1/8" crease at the top left-hand corner, the top right-hand corner has an approx. 1/2" crease and an approx. 1/16" dog-eared edge, the back side has an approx. 1/16" crease at the top right-hand corner; the interior pages are off-white, the top left-hand corner has an approx. 1/8" crease; the Order Form is off-white, the top left-hand corner has an approx. 1/4" crease with a tiny chip, the top right-hand corner has an approx. 1/8" crease, there is writing in red pen under "Zip Code", the bottom left-hand edge appears to have printer's ink.
