Description: William Joseph Brennan Jr. [1906 2007] was nominated by President Dwight D. Eisenhower as an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States and served from 1956 until 1990. Listed for auction is a [TLS] typed letter signed by Justice William Joseph Brennan Jr. on the letterhead of the Supreme Court of the United States, Chambers WM. J. Brennan, Jr. The letter is dated October 24, 1958, and is a response to a collector which is signed ''Wm J. Brennan Jr'' in blue pen. The letter measures 5.25 x 8.00 inches, it has some trivial toning otherwise it is in fine condition. The autograph is authentic, signed on a desirable Supreme Court letterhead and is an example of this noted jurist. We have listed a nice collection of military, aviation and astronaut autographs.
