It is a complex equipment for fitness exercises, covering the whole range of striated muscles, ideal for home use, fitness centers or medical rehabilitation. Being installed on walls, it occupies a small area, while the space required by training could be considerably restricted. Oval bars (see video), 14 pieces, made from beech timber wood, and have 1-1/4'' x 1-5/8'' (round rungs ø 1-3/8''). Distance between the bars is 14 cm (5.51 inches). Depth of the frame, 20 cm (7.87 inches). Distance from the Wall to the middle of the rungs 9.5 cm (3.74 inches). The cables and the 4 pulleys installed on the top and bottom part are calibrated so as to resist to a far bigger tension than that of the weights attached to the equipment.
