Description: Offered here is " Art is Work (Graphic Design, Interiors, Objects, and Illustrations) " by Milton Glaser, in a 2000 first edition published by the Overlook Press. This copy is signed by Mr. Glaser at the top of the half-title page. This edition features Glaser's work in numerous fields, including painting, graphic design, interior design and fabrics, with over 500 color illustrations, and appendices including selected essays and talks. This hardcover book is Very Good Plus condition. The purple cloth-covered boards have gilt titles on the spine. The spine shows sun fading, 2 bumps, and a 1/2-inch area of subtle rubbing/scratches. The book block is clean. There are a few small pen marks on the title page; otherwise, the pages within are clean, unmarked and bright. The book comes with its cloth-covered slipcase that is in Very Good Plus condition. Milton Glaser's signature is embossed on the front and back of the slipcase.
