I do my best to package everything as best I can. Unfortunately small things may happen in shipping like minor bumps to the sleeve or cracks in the case. That is not covered by any insurance through the shipping company. If on the rare time the item arrives broken, that is covered. Please send pictures if that has happened. Item is located in Canada. Please be aware of your country's import customs fees. Unfortunately, I cannot put down any price on the customs forms except the sold price. Please email with your address if you are wondering about additional shipping costs. The shipping company I use to ship is a bit of a drive and are closed on weekends. That means I will be shipping usually twice a week. Most weeks it will be on Tuesday and Friday. All shipping prices include packaging, tracking and insurance. To my fellow Canadians, over the past few years Canada Post has misplaced quite a few of this smaller packages on me. All shipments must now have a tracking number which unfortunately means a higher shipping fee. It is now unavoidable. Due to high shipping fees and past issues with different countries' mail service, I am currently only shipping to Canada, the US (including Puerto Rico) and the UK.
