Description: Significant excess shipping charges (more than few $) will be refunded.Note that Ebay takes 10% of that charge.Grading in title is only my opinion. Look carefully at scans. ....... ......Folded in four (no matter how small is a note, somebody always felt that excessive folding was necessary; wallets were tiny in 1870's in Argentina), light stain, no hidden defects. My grading is only my opinion, use pictures for evaluation. International orders below $60 will be sent by first-class mail, which costs $3 and does not offer tracking, thus it will be at buyer's risk for loss. International orders above $60 will be sent by registered mail, which costs $19 (really!), offers tracking. International orders above $300 will be sent by Express Mail (costs $45), with tracking and insurance, and at my risk. Here https://pe.usps.com/text/imm/immctry.htm you can find prohibitions and restrictions on items that can be sent with USPS and, implicitly, thru Ebay's international shipping. If import of banknotes is *prohibited* by your country, and if your purchase is for more than $50, then I cannot send it because I cannot get insurance. If banknotes are *restricted* to shipping by USPS's Priority Mail International, then they cannot be shipped thru the cheaper Ebay's Intl Shipping program because they do not use that service. In this case, you must choose the expensive option (around $65) of PMI. I will refund any significant excess shipping payment. Because I have to declare the actual value of the item (to get full insurance), do not ask me to declare a lower value, and expect to pay import taxes to your country on the entire value of your purchase. Sorry, but it has become harder to avoid that tax because your government really wants it.
