They are a womens size large with an adjustable strap on the side. I would say they are 17" across making them about 34" waist with adjustability down by tightening the straps at least 4 inches. This is perfect for wearing layers and adjusting as needed. They are lightweight and have no extra insulation but are made of super nice Gore-Tex material to keep you warm. They have the elastic boot cuffs to keep out any snow or debris. They have 2 zippered front pockets. The color is Wood Smoke which is a army greenish gray.
