Description: This auction is for a book titled Carnivores, Human Scavengers & Predators: A Question of Bone Technology. 1983. This book includes 12 papers which were presented at the Fifteenth Annual Conference of The Archaeological Association of the University of Calgary. See the second and third scans for the Table of Contents. The theme was difference in impacts of humans and animals on animal bone processing. There are drawings and photos showing examples of bone modification. Softcover. About 8 1/2 by 11 inches, 296 pages. There is the stamp of a previous owner on the front and "File Copy - Do Not Remove" written on the front. I don't know where it was removed from. Good condition. Any shadows on the scans were created by my scanner and my reluctance to mash the book flat and possibly damage the spine. Buyer to pay $5.50 P&H please. (Sorry, I had to raise shipping after latest postage increase). Sorry, I will not ship this book outside the U.S. due to excessive postage rates.
