It's in excellent condition and the battery is good - it ran over 6 hours from a full charge, shuffle set and volume a little over half way. It has been reset and updated to the latest software on iTunes and tested good. It comes with an Apple Firewire charger, charging cable and a new set of Apple earbuds, the type with bass ports that are a huge improvement on earlier versions. It's worth noting that these early iPods require a Firewire charger (with a 30 pin cable at the iPod end) - you can connect a perfectly good USB to 30 pin Apple charger and it will not respond. When considering buying one of these, a Firewire charger is essential.
