The 2T-G engine used in its predecessor was replaced with the newly developed 4A-G, and both the Levin and Trueno variants were offered with either a 2-door coupe or 3-door liftback body style. The AE86 with its 4A-G (a.k.a. "Hachi Roku" which is “Eighty Six" in Japanese), holds high popularity even today among car lovers. This assembly model kit features working pop-up headlights and spring suspensions. Taillights and blinkers are molded in clear red and orange plastic. Window trim masking stickers for painting are also included.
