Antique WWII Fuerstenberg Porcelain Flag Plate Porzellan Teller Fürstenberg

Description: For sale is a plate made by Furstenberg just after WWII and with the flags of the countries that divided Germany up among themselves after the WWII around 1945 and used by the representatives of the US, UK, Soviet Union, and France at meetings of the Allied Control Council ( Vier Mächte ) which issued directives, laws, and proclamations to the four occupied zones of postwar Germany. They met in 1945/46 I believe. These were a limited run porcelain service used by the Allied Powers (USA, UK, France & USSR Russia) in occupied post World War II Germany. The plate displays well but has a double hairline as shown with a tiny spot of glaze missing by one of them. Not visible when displayed but it is there! The plate is 0.625 inches tall and has a diameter of 7.625 inches. It is marked simply with a black x underneath by the foot ring. Not marked but I have owned pieces that were marked with their blue F mark though these are very rare!!
