Antique Vintage 1940s Trellis Foliage Satin Damask Fabric ~ Rich Red

Description: A most beautiful circa 1940's satin damask in a gorgeous deep rich red. A very elegant cotton/rayon from this time period with a trellis foliage design. orchid floral design. Denser but soft & supple, elegant. Appears in very nice clean almost unused condition albeit one edge was seamed. Again, the red is rich, deep. I came as close as I could to the color. It’s a tonal look but the foliage is slightly more burgundy. Perfect for any period project ~ intermixes very well with Barkcloth from this time period. A lovely example of satins from the 1940's "glam" period designs. **Measures~ 24” wide by 36” long. I can keep your length selected uncut/continuous. Many thanks! I sell antique and vintage fabric.
