Description: Original family ownership’s offering of an antique Victorian, Gone With The Wind (“GWTW”), hand-painted daisies, ornate brass electric lamp with a 9” globe. It contains the maker’s mark “1065”. CONDITION: VERY GOOD+. The lamp has retained its rich, original multicolor patterns and smooth surface. The hand-painted glass surfaces have no scratches, fading or discolorations. Neither the 9” globe nor the glass base piece have any chips or cracks. The ornate brass base piece shows no corrosion, damage, chipping or other imperfections. The light switch button turns smoothly in the “on/off” positions. To be operational, the lamp needs to be rewired with a new electrical cord. The existing cord and electrical base switch were manufactured by the Leviton Company, Brooklyn, NY (see photographs). The offering also includes one (1), 13” original 1930’s Aladdin Lox-on, “like new”, glass lamp chimney (see photographs). Dimensions: Globe Diameter: 9”; Globe Height: 9”.
