Description: Three Really Nice old Antique Treen pots There are three pots in this group we are selling, wee will go through each one one at a time.. The first is the center on in the main picture..this is a nice thing with a lid and has really nice carved details all round,It is the one that has suffered most from it's age, with a split to one side and has over the years lost it's little bun feet to the bottom..Most likely in keeping with the knob to the lid.However it is still a nice thing and the lid still fits nicely.It stands at some a tad under 6 cm tall. including the knob, and has a base diameter of just under 7.5 cm. The second in the group is on the right of the picture..Dating from around 1910 - 1920 there a bouts it has a tartan type decoration to it.It has a really good well fitting lid that is still tight, but also easy to get on and of without any fuss...and, apart from some very minor signs of age related use and wear is in very nice condition for it's age.It stands at 6 cm tall and has a base diameter of 5.5 cm. The last of the three pots is the Victorian to the left of the main picture..For my money this is by far the nicest of the group and has the most age.It has really nicely turned detailing to it, a lovely natural aged colour and patina to it and the grain of the wood really glows.The lid is also good, still a really good fit and with nice turned details of it's own to the top.It does have some small age related signs of use and wear...a couple of small splits to the outside, but these do not carry on to the inside..It also has a really wonderful tactile feel to it that just makes it a really nice thing to handle..It stands at just under 7 cm tall and has a base diameter of just over 7 cm. ( All measurements are give or take a little ). All in all this is a really lovely little group of old antique turned and carved treen items..Ideal as gifts for friends or loved ones.. Give them as one group..or split them up..Or, better still keep one or more for yourself.. We have priced them up at what we feel is a Very fair price, realistically the Victorian pot should be worth most of the asking price on it's own..So please.. don't contact us asking things like " what's the least you will take for these ".
