Description: This is a beautifully decorated Tibetan fire starter with a metal striker and a pouch inside to carry a small piece of flint. There is a small piece of turquoise in the decoration and a hand fashioned ring to allow the owner to attach it to his belt. CIRCA 1860. This is not something you run into every day. The size is 4" across at longest area and 3 1/2" from tip of ring to bottom.
