It is 8 inches long, 6 1/8 inches wide and 3 1/4 inches tall at the handles. The reticulated porcelain is formed in three tiers, in a delicate, contoured pattern. The interior of the basket is hand painted with a floral bouquet. There are bands of cobalt blue with hand gilded accents. The reticulated sides are accented with gold. There are two twisted branch handles, accented with gold.
