Description: Birmingham sterling double sided card case by the outstanding silver work of NATHAN MILLS. Fully hallmarked. The detailed workmanship is amazing. Both sides depict different scenes. I am not sure of the history. I especially love the swans in the pond. In good condition for the age 1840s. One very slight ding in the bottom corner. Tarnish as expected. The new owner can decide to polish or not. A sterling chain handle attached the open cartouche has no mono. Measures 3 1/4” by 2 1/4”. Weighs 55 grams Please feel free to ask any questions Thank you
