Description: Offering this charming antique 14” mohair shoe button eye primitive jointed teddy bear. A wonderful loved center seam jointed bear. Straw stuffed with an inoperative squeak tummy mechanism which of course worked back in the day, but because of a little child playing lovingly with their bear it no longer squeaks as it once did. Brown shoe button eyes with a turned up nose and swivel head. Jointed arms and legs with a lot of wear. Football shaped tummy leading to believe the sweet little bear is probably American. A wonderful primitive example of a loved child’s teddy bear. Please see pictures for details and measurements.
