Description: A rare and charming antique porcelain pink lustre Plate ornament from the early 20th century. In amazing condition for its age. Approximately 21.5 cm diameter. These were mostly made by KPM in Germany as souvenirs for the British and American markets before the First World War. There are no chips or cracks; the colour picture of Hereford Cathedral in Herefordshire is clear and complete. There is an ornate ribbon and embossed design around the edge of the plate and gold gilt around the colour picture and rim. There is a slight marble effect in the pink lustre glaze.
