Antique Pairpoint Reverse Painted Open Top Tree Scene Table Lamp

Description: I recently purchased a number of leaded and reverse painted lamps that I am going to be listing here with very reasonable buy it nows. I am a picky buyer of these and the ones I have here are in very nice condition. Why buy a damaged or poorly repaired one when you can get a good one for a fair price from a fellow collector of these? Please take a look, ask questions, and let me know if you need any additional pictures. Here's a beautiful example of a Pairpoint scenic open top table lamp. The hexagonal shade has three different tree scenes and 3 mostly blank ones (there is a clover looking decoration in the center of these, though). The scenes are tree-themed and are quite colorful and beautiful when lit. I will my pictures do most of the talking here, and from these you can see these views as well as all of the colors in the various scenes. In terms of size, this is a full sized table lamp with a 17" diameter shade that stands about 22" tall. In terms of condition, there are no chips, cracks or even flea bites on this shade. In fact, I see no evidence of any sort of restoration at all to this shade.....it is as perfect and as beautiful as the day it was purchased. The shade is artist signed C. Durand as shown. The 2-socket, brass washed colored, three column base is 100% original with matching sockets, 3-arm spider and finial. It is signed with the PAIRPOINT signature, the P in a diamond, and the model number D3084. It has been wired with period style cloth braided cord and comes ready to use and enjoy. This is a very nice and clean example of one of Pairpoint's beautiful hexagon open top scenic lamps that is in very fine condition overall. I am not making a living at this so can afford to offer things up without reserve or list them at very fair prices so that other collectors can appreciate them as much as I do. That being said, please do not embarrass yourself with a lowball offer thinking you are going to get such a lamp like this. It is just a waste of both of our times. If you want to get a cheap lamp, go to WalMart or Ikea. If you want a nice quality antique old one at a fair price, you have found the right seller. One last note. If you are watching this just to watch and see if it sells, that's fine. But if you are watching hoping I am going to reduce my asking price, that isn't likely to happen as I honestly believe I am asking a very fair price for this. Keep in mind that ebay is one of the only auction venues that does not charge the buyer a premium for purchases like this and if you were to buy this from pretty much any other auction house you could expect to pay a 20-30% buyer's premium on top of this asking price.
