Description: Here's a very old and quite ornate Dagger made in Morocco and called the Koummya. It measures 17" long overall in the scabbard. The knife itself is 16" long with the curving blade being 9.5". There is a "flower" shaped marker's mark. Blade shows some staining and dark patina. The handle looks to be cedar wood. Inlaid intricate brass and silver-plated metal motifs. The scabbard is very well-made and heavy with applied brass filigree over silver-plated base. This knife is constructed much nicer with better materials than the "tourist" ones most often encountered and I'm sure was owned and carried by a Moroccan gentleman back in the day. You won't be disappointed with it. Guaranteed to please the new owner or I'll buy it back. Check my Feedback.
