I now have to make it perfectly clear as well. If I offer a used part for sale that has a return allowed, then it can be returned. If I say no returns, that means NO returns. You are buying these USED parts in AS IS condition. If you need further photos, further inspection, ohms tested or anything else, you need to make that perfectly clear BEFORE YOU BUY THE ITEM. If you know of a particular inherent problem with a certain item, then you need to bring it to my attention so I can look for that problem BEFORE YOU BUY IT.
